The Appellate Practice of PFA, PC is a valuable resource in providing advice and assistance to clients at all stages of litigation, including trial. At PFA, PC, we understand what it takes to successfully advocate cases before state and federal appellate courts, including state Supreme Courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Appellate law is challenging by its very nature, especially when one considers that it means arguing a case that has already been unsuccessful once in the lower courts. It requires a specific focus on the legal issues that decide a case and the procedural rules governing the appellate courts. Strategically, it means determining what is most important to the panel of Appellate Judges who will be deciding the appeal.
