Charles Adams is the Senior Partner of PFA, PC handling corporate and commercial transactions, general counsel matters and general practice issues such as wills and estates, health care proxies, and real estate matters. As senior trial attorney, Charles Adams is also responsible for and oversees all areas of negligence, medical and dental malpractice litigation and commercial litigation. He was formerly associated with the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County as staff attorney with an emphasis on litigation.

Charles Adams was also General Counsel to St. George’s University, Limited, Grenada, West Indies for over 20 years. He currently is a Board Member of St. George’s University.
